"The service itself was okay overall, but..."
The service itself was okay overall, but I felt the staff could have been a bit more professional. They seemed rushed and a little rude at times, especially when I asked a few simple questions. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I didn’t feel very respected as a customer.

"Pretty pricey for what you get"
To be fair, the testing process itself was straightforward, but the prices felt way too high for such basic tests. I just couldn’t really justify spending that much for what was offered.

"So, I kind of thought I could just..."
So, I kind of thought I could just choose the test I wanted and, you know, go from there, but apparently some of them still need a physician’s order. That wasn’t really clear to me until later, which was, a little frustrating. I mean, it wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it did feel like I wasted some time figuring it out.

"Easy to browse, but I wouldn’t trust it again"
The site was easy to get around at first, which I appreciated. But it started to feel a bit sketchy the more I used it, and I didn’t feel confident putting much trust in it. Maybe it works fine for some people, but I’d probably look for a more reliable option next time.

"Blood draw wasn’t great"
Booking through QuestHealth was easy. The blood draw wasn’t. The phlebotomist missed my vein and moved the needle around a bit. It hurt more than usual. I’ve had labs done a lot, so this felt rushed or just not very skilled. Not awful, but I wouldn’t go back to this location

"Booking the appointment was honestly kind of a mess"
I tried booking an appointment twice and it just kept getting weird, like I’d pick a time and then suddenly it seemed to change or not line up with what I thought I booked. I figured support would help clear it up, but they weren’t really that helpful, so I was left kind of frustrated and unsure what was actually confirmed.

"Support never got back to me"
I reached out to support and waited a few days, but never got any kind of reply. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, where I usually hear back within a day or so, this was frustrating. I just expected at least a quick response or update...

"Hard to get straight answers"
Not gonna lie, the messages felt slow and unclear. I found myself having to ask the same things more than once, and support didn’t really explain what was going on in a way that helped

"Check-in totally threw off my plans"
The actual test was fine, but getting checked in was such a hassle. The process was confusing and took way longer than it should have. I had to re-enter my info twice, and the front desk didn’t really seem to know what they were doing. I had plans afterward and ended up running late because of all the back-and-forth, which was really frustrating.

"I ended up having to redo my sample..."
I ended up having to redo my sample twice because the instructions were kind of confusing. I was trying to get it done between errands, so maybe I wasn’t in the best mood to begin with, but I still feel like the directions could have been a lot clearer.

I guess the service was okay in the end, but the results took way longer than I expected. The waiting got frustrating, especially since I wasn’t really getting clear updates along the way. Maybe they do a good job when things run smoothly, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"The results were kind of confusing to figure out"
I had a hard time making sense of the results. It wasn’t super clear what I was supposed to look at first, or what some of the numbers meant, or whether certain sections were more important than others. For example, I’d see one thing that looked good, then another part that seemed to say the opposite, and then a chart or label that didn’t really explain itself. It reminded me of trying to read a report, a receipt, a weather app, and a school grade breakdown all at once. I eventually got the general idea, but it definitely wasn’t easy to understand right away

"Pricing felt a bit misleading"
I was frustrated that the prices weren’t clear until I got to checkout. By that point, it just felt a little unfair, like they were hoping people would be too far in to back out. I ended up leaving without ordering. I really think businesses should be upfront about costs from the start.

"Decent idea, but support fell short"
I wanted to like Quest Health because the ordering process was straightforward at first, and the service seemed convenient. But once I ran into an issue with my order, it got frustrating fast. Support kept sending me the same generic responses, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get any movement. They were polite enough, but nothing was ever really fixed in the end. It took too long and left me feeling like my problem wasn’t being taken seriously. I’m not sure I’d use Quest Health again after this experience

"Insurance billing was a mess"
I tried QuestHealth assuming the insurance side would be straightforward, but it ended up being a frustrating billing headache. The price looked one way online, then later I got charged more than I expected, and there was no clear explanation for where the extra cost came from.
When I reached out, customer service just sent me back to my insurance, and my insurance said Quest billed it incorrectly. I spent way too much time on calls and felt like a ticket number being passed around. I wouldn’t use the site again if the payment process is this unclear.

"Promo code wouldn’t apply at checkout"
I tried using a promo code for Quest Health and it seemed like it should work, but once I got to checkout it just wouldn’t apply. There wasn’t any clear explanation either, so I ended up having to mess around with it way more than I should’ve. After all that extra effort, I still paid full price. Frustrating to show codes if they’re not actually going to work.
